Vivo and iQOO Warranty Check: Official Methods and What They Show

Vivo (including its gaming sub-brand iQOO) has a growing service network in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Here's how to check warranty status for any Vivo or iQOO device.

Vivo Warranty Check Methods

Method 1 — Vivo Website:

  1. Visit vivo.com/in/support/warrantyQuery (India)
  2. Enter your IMEI number
  3. Warranty status, purchase date, and expiry shown

Method 2 — Vivo Service App: Download Vivo Service app → My Devices → Warranty Information

Method 3 — Premium IMEI Check: Full warranty data included in the imeicheckpro.com premium report for Vivo devices.

iQOO Warranty Check

iQOO devices use the same Vivo service infrastructure. Check warranty at iqoo.com/in/support with your IMEI, or use the iQOO app → My Account → Device Warranty.

Vivo/iQOO Warranty Periods

  • Vivo smartphones (India): 1 year limited warranty
  • iQOO smartphones: 1 year limited warranty + 6 months on battery
  • In-box accessories: 6 months

Vivo-Specific IMEI Check Notes

Vivo phones sold in India are BIS-certified India-specific models. Importing Vivo phones from China or Southeast Asia introduces risks: different LTE band support, software in Chinese, and no India warranty. The IMEI check at imeicheckpro.com confirms whether a Vivo device is the genuine India model.
