Dual SIM IMEI Check Guide — Two IMEIs Explained
Dual SIM Phones and IMEI Checking
Dual SIM phones have two IMEI numbers — one for each SIM slot. This is common for high-end flagships (Samsung Galaxy S series, iPhone 14 and later with dual eSIM) and mid-range Android phones sold globally.
Why Dual SIM Phones Have Two IMEIs
Each radio connection in a dual SIM device requires its own IMEI for network registration. When you dial *#06# on a dual SIM phone, both IMEI1 and IMEI2 appear. Both identify the same physical device but for different radio connections.
Which IMEI to Use for Checking
Use IMEI 1 (the first number shown) for all standard checks — blacklist, carrier lock, model verification. IMEI Check Pro checks the primary IMEI by default. If IMEI1 returns no result, try IMEI2.
Dual SIM IMEI on iPhones
iPhones from XS onwards support dual SIM (one physical + one eSIM). US iPhone 14 and later models are eSIM-only with two eSIM IMEIs. The Apple GSX premium report covers both IMEIs when checking iCloud and carrier lock status.
Running IMEI Check for Dual SIM Phones
Enter either IMEI into IMEI Check Pro free to verify the device model. For blacklist and carrier checks, use the premium report with IMEI1.
